The cookies used on the Site are processed based on one or more of the personal data processing conditions set forth in Article 5 of the KVK Law and in accordance with the principles stated in Article 4 of the same law. SİA HOTEL processes your personal data through cookies for the following main purposes:
    •    “Mandatory Cookies” to perform essential functions necessary for the Site’s operation: These are cookies required for the website to function properly. These are first-party cookies, and they process personal data during the session (except for cookies related to privacy preferences, which may last longer than the session). These are used to deliver a requested information society service (e.g., form submission, remembering privacy settings). The personal data collected via these cookies is processed based on:
    •    Article 5/2(c): “Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,” and

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

According to Article 11 of the KVK Law, data subjects have the right to:

    •    Request information if their personal data has been processed,
    •    Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,

    •    Request correction if data is incomplete or incorrect, and request notification of the correction to third parties,

You can send your requests regarding these rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at www.siahotel.com.tr or by other methods prescribed by law. Your application will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
