Misi Village

It is an old Greek town 6 km away from Bursa. It was established on the banks of Nilüfer Stream, which gives its name to the district to which it is connected. The village, whose modern name is Gümüştepe, is home to 3000 years of history.

The village, where Greek and Ottoman houses are blended together, was declared a protected area in 1989. Misi Silk House, Misi Women's Culture and Solidarity Club, Misi Ethnography House, Mysia Photography Museum, Literature Museum, Misi Children's Library, Creek-side Tea Garden and Restaurants are the attraction centers of the village.
